Q: What is the minimum order for purchase one carton box model?
A: There is no minimum order. Customer is allowed to purchase even one piece of carton box.
Q: Can I return the carton box order?
A: We constantly uphold our quality policy to provide top quality products to all our customers.Our outgoing QC will inspect the item to ensure quality conformance prior to delivery. Hence, we do not provide for any return and refund of your carton box order.
Q: What is the return product process flow if customer received incorrect product?
A: Customer are advised to notify us within 7 days from the date you received it. It is not acceptable for product return after 7 days of product receiving.
Q: Which courier service will be using to deliver the carton box order ?
A: All the carton box orders will be delivered by our logistic partner to ensure timely delivery of carton boxes.
Q: What is our delivery timing?
A: All orders shall be proceed and delivered to customer within 7-9 working days.
Q:What are your delivery coverage area?
A: Our delivery area are cover Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your item is dispatch, we will notify you the delivery consignment number and you can track using our logistic partners’ tracking system.
Q: Can I purchase using e-wallet services?
A: Yes, we have provide TnG and Boost e-wallet services for payment transaction.
Q: Is your payment safe online?
A: We are using iPay88. iPay88 is a secure online payment gateway platform which allow you to pay through credit card, debit card, internet banking and e-wallet service. All the online payment transaction will be secured by ecommerce website web security, Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) system.
